FAQ's AND THINGS TO KNOW

What's exactly in the party room?

The party room at 1Life2Play accommodates up to 16 gamers which includes 6 Stations with an MSI Gaming PC & PS4, 6 Stations with an MSI Gaming PC & Xbox One S, a Multiplayer Station with Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Xbox One S and a 75" 4K TV. As always, gamers of 1Life2Play have access to hundreds of game titles.

Will someone be around to help in case there are technical difficulties?

While we can't draft for you or setup your fantasy league, we will be on hand to assist with any connectivity issues. Our network, powered by Arista, and connected to a 1 gigabit fiber internet connection through Everstream means your draft will have the fastest and most secure connection to you draft platform.

When will I have access to the draft room?

Fantasy leagues will have access to the reserved area 30 minutes prior to the party's scheduled start time for setup and introduction to the facility. Guests will not be allowed into the reserved area prior to the party’s scheduled start time. All event attendees must leave the reserved area no later than 30 minutes after the party's scheduled end time.

Is my draft party start time the same as my "league draft time"?

Your Draft Party start time should be at least 30 mins prior to your league's actual draft time shown in you Fantasy Platform in order to ensure you have enough time get all teams settled and ready to draft. Draft parties are a minimum of 3 hours, so there should be plenty of time to run a standard 12 team draft. If you need more time, simply make the adjustment when reserving.

Can I add additional time on the day of the draft party?

Although we prefer to have the time reserved prior to use, we can add additional time to you party if the time is available on our schedule. The additional per hour rate for day of is $125/hr (versus $99 per hour when schedule at time of reservation).

Can I bring beer or other refreshments or even food for my Draft Party?

Yes! You may bring food and beverages to serve during the event and store them in our event room. There is a small refrigerator and a cooler available for your use. For clarification, alcoholic beverages are prohibited outside the private event room unless catered by a vendor with a D-5 or D-6 liquor license allowed to operate in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

What is the mask policy?

As of July 1 2021, mask worn by 1Life2Play guests that are fully vaccinated are OPTIONAL.

What's the policy on decorations?

Hosts may bring decorations as they see fit, with the following restrictions:

  • No decorations may be pinned or nailed to any surface.
  • No flames aside from candles on birthday desserts. This includes sparklers, fireworks, firecrackers, and any other incendiary devices.
  • No glitter, slime, or confetti.
